International tournament week
We are pleased to welcome players, coaches, parents, and spectators to our international tournament week from November 27 to December 3.

NB. The entry deadline is 31. Oct for TE 14 and 7. Nov for ITF J30.
Hotel information
The recommended tournament hotels are Grand Terminus Hotel and Zander K Hotel. Both hotels are located 100 meters from the city railway, “Bybanen”, with direct connection to Bergen Tennis Arena. The railway stop next to the hotels is called “Nonneseter”.

Transport
There is direct connection by city railway, “Bybanen”, from Bergen Tennis Arena to both the airport and the city center. The railway stop next to Bergen Tennis Arena is called “Slettebakken”.
7-day ticket costs 120 NOK (approx. € 10) for children and 235 NOK (approx. € 20) for adults. Tickets can be bought through the app Skyss Billett, which is available in the App Store and Google Play.

Food
There is hot lunch and dinner on the menu in our cafeteria every day for approx. 60-120 NOK (€ 5-10). We encourage players with allergies and dietary requirements to contact the tournament director in advance.
Stringing
The club is offering stringing service.
Service hours:
- Weekdays from 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.
- Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.
- Sundays from noon to 07:00 p.m.
Prices: 250 NOK (approx. € 22) with own strings, 350-500 NOK (approx. € 30-43 depending on string-type) with club strings.
Payment
We do not accept cash, except Norwegian kroners. We accept visa / credit card as payment method.
Live Streaming
There are three technology courts on Bergen Tennis Arena. Court 1 is a PlaySight Smart Court, and court 2 and 3 is a PlaySight Live Court. The matches on both these courts will be broadcasted live online for free via https://web.playsight.com/facility/bergen-tennis-arena/home.
Facilities
All players and coaches will get free access to Wi-Fi, fitness center and “Players’ lounge”. You will find more information on the arena.
Practice balls
Offered to a depositum of 100 NOK. The official tournament ball is Babolat.
Practice courts
Five courts at Bergen Tennis Arena are open for free practice / warm-up, and the arena opens 1.5 hours before the first scheduled matches each day.
- 60 min before: 1st & 2nd round players
- 30 min before: 3rd & 4th round players
